When I graduated college, I searched for a way to keep competition in my life. I tried golf, but was very average and too old to make something out of myself in this sport. I then took up lifting weights and learned about nutrition. These two things I can control no matter what and I liked that. You compete against yourself day in and day out, which makes you accountable. The only person you can cheat is yourself. Dieting is the hardest part of this lifestyle, but with the right help......... ANYONE can make a lifestyle change.
